Share the Harvest Farm (STH) is a non-profit, five-acre farm and seasonal farm stand located in East Hampton, NY. Share the Harvest, which is celebrating its 10th season, is currently seeking a Farm Manager.
STH’s charitable mission is to grow, using organic and sustainable practices, produce for donation to local organizations including food pantries, affordable housing, senior centers, an early childhood center, and a women’s shelter. The Farm Manager will be responsible for all aspects of farm production, staff and intern supervision, donations, management of our seasonal farm stand, and regular interaction with STH Board of Directors.

Our growing apprenticeship program allows interested students to learn soil stewardship and organic and sustainable farming practices in a seasonal immersion program. In the past our apprentices have been involved in all aspects of what we do: field and greenhouse farming, farm stand operations, CSA distribution, fresh produce deliveries, and education programs.

At Share the Harvest Farm, we encourage anyone interested in what we do to volunteer and experience the rewards of community farming. Those who have joined in our efforts have become a part of our farm family and year after year they come back with helping hands. Volunteers learn to sow seeds, harvest produce, gain insight into organic methods, and enjoy the camaraderie of the Farm experience. Extra hands are always welcome at Share the Harvest Farm.
