FIELD & FARM STAND STAFF
Share the Harvest Farm (STH) is a non-profit, six-acre farm and seasonal farm stand located in East Hampton, NY. We are currently hiring sales associates and field staff to join our team for the 2020 season.
Sales associates must be available to work Thursday-Saturday, from May 25 to October 1 for 8 hours per day. Prior sales experience, an interest in healthy food, and a valid driver's license are preferred but not required.
Field stuff must be available to work Mon-Fri, 8AM-6PM, from May through September. Previous farming, horticulture, or landscape preferred, but not required.

Our growing internship program allows interested students to learn soil stewardship and organic and sustainable farming practices in a seasonal immersion program. In the past, our interns have been involved in all aspects of what we do: field and greenhouse farming, farm stand operations, CSA distribution, fresh produce deliveries, and education programs.

At Share the Harvest Farm, we encourage anyone interested in what we do to volunteer and experience the rewards of community farming. Those who have joined in our efforts have become a part of our farm family and year after year they come back with helping hands. Volunteers learn to sow seeds, harvest produce, gain insight into organic methods, and enjoy the camaraderie of the Farm experience. Extra hands are always welcome at Share the Harvest Farm.
